WATER ON THE VINE

50 ml/1.75 oz Åhus Akvavit

20 ml/.75 oz Fresh lime juice

20 ml/.75 oz Simple syrup

40 ml/1.25 oz Fresh cucumber juice

METHOD

Shake with ice and strain into a collins glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with thin cucumber slice.
