Åhus Akvavit SYSTEMA NATURAE Cocktail garnished with a rolled celery peel

60 ml/2 oz Åhus Akvavit

40 ml/1.25 oz Fresh green apple juice

20 ml/.75 oz Fresh lemon juice

20 ml/.75 oz Simple syrup

2 dash Celery shrub bitters

METHOD

Shake all ingredients with ice, fine strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a rolled celery peel.
