STOCKHOLM SOUR

6o ml/2 oz Åhus Akvavit Midvinter

30 ml/1 oz Fresh lemon juice

20 ml/.75 oz Simple syrup

15 ml/.5 oz Fruity & dry red wine

METHOD

Shake first three ingredients with ice, strain over a large rock. Gently pour wine over the back of a barspoon. Garnish with orange zest & star anise.
