STOCKHOLM SNAPPER

us Akvavit STOCKHOLM SNAPPER Cocktail garnish with pickled vegetables and a sprig of dill

60 ml/2 oz Åhus Akvavit

90 ml/3 oz Tomato juice

15 ml/.5 oz Fresh lemon juice

10 ml/ .5 oz Worcestershire sauce

2 dash Celery bitters

Pinch caraway seeds

Pinch sea salt

Pinch black pepper

METHOD

Shake with ice, strain into a highball glass over fresh ice. Garnish with pickled vegetables and a sprig of dill.
