Åhus Akvavit ROOT & BRANCH Cocktail garnished with a fresh dill sprig and potato crisps

45 ml/1.5 oz Åhus Akvavit

15 ml/.5 oz Potato juice

20 ml/.75 oz Apricot Brandy

20 ml/.75 oz Orgeat

30 ml/1 oz Fresh lemon juice

METHOD

Shake with ice and strain into a glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a fresh dill sprig and potato crisps.
