PROSIT

Åhus Akvavit PROSIT Cocktail garnished with bee pollen

60 ml/2 oz Åhus Akvavit

25 ml/.75 oz Turmeric Black Pepper Honey Syrup*

25 ml/.75 oz Fresh lemon juice

30 ml/ 1 oz Red bell pepper juice

2 dash Habanero bitters

METHOD

*Syrup – 240 ml/8 oz honey, 120 ml/4 oz boiling water, 2 g/.5 tsp black pepper, 3 cm piece fresh turmeric. Blend all ingredients until incorporated. Allow to cool and strain.

Rim a chilled glass with smoked salt. Shake ingredients with ice and double strain over a large ice cube. Garnish with bee pollen.
