COCKTAIL RECIPE – 20.06.08

PINKISH SLING

50 ml/1.75 oz Åhus Akvavit

20 ml/.75 oz Rhubarb cordial

15 ml/.5 oz Fresh lemon juice

1 dash Grapefruit bitters

Good tonic water

METHOD

Shake first four ingredients with ice, strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Top with tonic. Garnish with a grapefruit peel
