COCKTAIL RECIPE – 21.10.26
PELAGO COLADA
2 oz/60 ml Åhus Akvavit Midvinter
1.5 oz/45 ml Cream of coconut
1.5 oz /45 ml Pineapple juice
.5 oz/15 ml Fresh lime juice
3 shakes Ground allspice
METHOD
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Top with crushed ice. Garnish with a lime wheel, pineapple wedge and generous sprinkle of allspice.
