MY FAVORITE GAME

60ml/2 oz Strawberry-infused Åhus Akvavit

30ml/1 oz Fresh lemon juice

30ml/1 oz Cardamom + black pepper honey syrup (1:1)

25ml/.75 oz Aguafaba -or- 1 egg white

METHOD

Dry shake, then shake with ice, double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with sliced strawberries.
