MIDSUMMER HOLIDAY

30 ml/1 oz Åhus Akvavit

30 ml/1 oz Suze

30 ml/1 oz Lillet Blanc

Atomized elderflower liqueur

METHOD

Stir with ice, strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Spritz twice with elderflower liqueur. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
