LUCY’S OLD FASHIONED

2 oz/60 ml Åhus Akvavit Midvinter

3 barspoons Apple butter

3 drops Vanilla

4 dash Angostura bitters

METHOD

Stir with ice in a mixing glass and strain into a glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an expressed orange peel.
