50 ml/1.75 oz Åhus Akvavit
90 ml/3 oz Fresh grapefruit juice
1 barspoon Pernod Absinthe
METHOD
Rim a chilled Collins glass with Salty Licorice*. Shake with ice and strain into the glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.

*Mix black salt, sugar and powdered fennel – proportions to taste.
