FIKA MARTINI COCKTAIL

Åhus Akvavit FIKA MARTINI Cocktail with a rosemary sprig

60 ml/2 oz Åhus Akvavit

20 ml/.75 oz Rosemary-infused simple syrup

30 ml/1 oz Espresso

10 ml/.25 oz Amaro

METHOD

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a rosemary sprig perched on the rim.
