COCKTAIL RECIPE – 21.07.01

ESKIL COLLINS

45 ml/1.5 oz Åhus Akvavit

20 ml/.75 oz Italicus bergamot liqueur

20 ml/.75 oz Fresh lemon juice

Bitter lemon soda

METHOD

Shake first three ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass over fresh ice. Top up with Bitter Lemon soda. Garnish with a generous mint sprig.
