COCKTAIL RECIPE – 20.06.08

ELLA MINNOW PEA

60 ml/2 oz Åhus Akvavit

20 ml/.75 oz Fresh lime juice

10 ml/.25 oz Yuzu juice

30 ml/1 oz Simple syrup

4-6 Snap peas

Pinch mint leaves

METHOD

Muddle snap peas and mint. Add additional ingredients, shake with ice and double strain into rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with snap peas and a generous mint sprig.
