60 ml/2 oz Åhus Akvavit

30 ml/1 oz Fresh lime juice

4 dash Aromatic bitters

Ginger beer

METHOD

Build over ice in a tin mug. Top with bitters. Garnish with a lime wheel and generous mint sprig.
