60ml/2 oz Åhus Akvavit

25 ml/.75 oz Fresh lime juice

15 ml/.5 oz Simple syrup

1 barspoon pickle juice

Top up soda water

METHOD

Shake first four ingredients without ice and strain over fresh ice. Top up with soda water and garnish with a generous dill sprig
