COCKTAIL RECIPE – 20.06.08

CHICA SUECA

60 ml/2 oz Åhus Akvavit

20 ml/.5 oz Blanc vermouth

45 ml/1.5 oz Pineapple juice

25 ml/.75 oz Lemon juice

2 dash lime btters

Generous pinch cilantro

METHOD

Toss cilantro into the shaker with other ingredients. Shake with ice and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge & cilantro sprig.
