AROMA

Åhus Akvavit AROMA Cocktail with mint sprig & bamboo straw

60 ml/2 oz Åhus Akvavit Midvinter

20 ml/.75 oz Red apple juice

20ml/.75 oz Fennel-infused simple syrup

10m/.25 ozl Apple cider vinegar

METHOD

Shake with ice and double strain into a glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and bamboo straw.
