AKVASPRITZ

Åhus Akvavit AKVASPRITZ Cocktail with sage, lemon & caper berry

45 ml/1.5 oz Åhus Akvavit

30 ml/1 oz Fennel & sage shrub

Soda water or brut sparkling wine

METHOD

Build over ice in chilled wine glass. Gently stir for five seconds to incorporate ingredients. Garnish with a sprig of sage, lemon slice and caper berry (or olive!).
