Åhus Akvavit 123 & WILLIS Cocktail with grapefruit peel

45 ml/1.5 oz Åhus Akvavit

15 ml/.5 oz Rose Vermouth

10 ml/.25 oz Dry Vermouth

40 ml/1.25 oz Pink grapefruit juice

Barspoon Simple syrup

METHOD

Shake with ice, strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
