STOCKHOLM SOUR

  • 60 ML ÅHUS AKVAVIT MIDVINTER 2 OZ
  • 30 ML FRESH LEMON JUICE 1 OZ
  • 20 ML SIMPLE SYRUP .75 OZ
  • 15 ML FRUITY & DRY RED WINE .5 OZ

METHOD

  • Shake first three ingredients with ice, strain over a large rock.
  • Gently pour wine over the back of a barspoon.
  • Garnish with orange zest & star anise
  • GLASS LOWBALL
  • GARNISH ORANGE ZEST & STAR ANISE
