  • 60ML ÅHUS AKVAVIT 2 OZ
  • 90ML TOMATO JUICE 3 OZ
  • 15ML FRESH LEMON JUICE .5 OZ
  • 10ML WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE .5 OZ
  • PINCH CARAWAY SEEDS
  • PINCH SEA SALT
  • PINCH BLACK PEPPER
  • 2 DASHES CELERY BITTERS

METHOD

  • Shake with ice, strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
  • Garnish with pickled vegetables and a sprig of dill.
